has been assisting University development in the UK and internationally for more than thirty years.
A flexible and creative professional with a problem-solving approach, Pat has served as Head of a department with 60 staff and 1 500 students. He has developed and led projects funded by the EU, British Council, World Bank and other major donors.
As an Executive Dean at London Metropolitan University, he established new academic partnerships in Ghana, Russia, Romania, France, Germany and the USA. He has worked as a reviewer for the UK Quality Assurance Agency, and as external examiner at Robert Gordon’s University (Aberdeen, UK), the School of Oriental and African Studies (London), the University of Glamorgan (Wales) and the University of Birmingham (UK).
He has also acted as chair of the review panel for Moscow School of Architecture (MARCH), Business College Athens, and as expert Adviser to review panels for Islington College (NEPAL), and Gyumri State Pedagogical Institution (Armenia).
Currently he is supporting a major client to secure recognition in the UK from the Office for Students and Quality Assurance Agency.
